Most building supply stores are found the same way they were thirty years ago: a contractor calls the two or three yards he already knows. InstaSupply changes who gets that call. When a contractor in Vaughan searches for ¾" PEX or ½" drywall, every store near that jobsite that stocks it shows up, including yours.
We handle the parts a store can't build alone: the contractor app, the catalog, checkout and payments, and a driver network that picks up from your counter and delivers to the site. You run your store exactly as you do today.

No. We don't buy, stock, or resell inventory. Your store sells directly to the contractor at your price. InstaSupply provides the app, the marketing, the checkout, and the delivery.
Contractors find you when they search by product, category, or jobsite location in the app. We also run our own advertising to contractors across the GTA, publish your store on our website, and notify contractors about suppliers near their jobs. You don't pay for any of that.
You keep full control of products, pricing and availability, and you see who ordered and where it's going. Contractors can still call, visit, or order from you directly. InstaSupply adds a channel; it doesn't replace yours.
